Die and anvil rolls can be produced from carbide with diameters up to approx. 400 mm. For the first time, it is thus now possible to even make the die cutters for very large products such as nappies (both for babies and adults / incontinence products) from carbide.

Application of special carbide grades results in a previously inconceivable system life span.

 

Regrinding? Only after far more than 100 million cuts. Until then, only minimal maintenance work is required over months. No more downtimes due to cutting problems!
